Report a Claim
The information requested on the following pages can assist you in developing the proper information to assure prompt claims payment. If you have any questions regarding how you should handle a claim, please call our office at 410-785-1432.
Please keep in mind that your policy conditions require that all incidents be reported to your insurance company within a reasonable period of time. If this does not occur, the insurance company could choose to deny claims arising from these incidents. We will deterimine whether reports should be submitted to your insurance company, even if done only for information purposes in the case of an accident which is considered insignificant, or where you do not consider yourself at fault.
Repairs should not be completed until you have contacted our offices and we have given your insurance company an opportunity to see the damage prior to repair. The only exception to this would be in the case of fire or other damage where you should take immediate action to prevent your property from further damage.
