Handling claims is a major priority for our agency and we will do whatever we can to support you if you find yourself in the often difficult position of an insured loss.
In the event of a claim, the information requested here can help you pull together the information needed to assure a prompt claims payment. If you have questions at all about handling a claim, please call our office at 410-785-1432. That’s why we’re here!

It’s important to remember that your policy conditions require all incidents be reported to your insurance company within a reasonable period of time. Otherwise, the insurance company could choose to deny your claim. We will determine whether your report should be submitted to your insurance company. This may be done only for information purposes in the cause of an accident considered insignificant or where you don’t consider yourself at fault.

Repairs should not be completed until you have contacted us and we have given your insurance company an opportunity to see the damage prior to repair. The only is in the case of fire or other damage where you should take immediate action to prevent your property from further harm.
