Coffey & Company’s employee benefits division focuses on the design and implementation of innovative employee benefit programs that help our clients regain control over the rising costs. We do so by providing our clients with the information and perspective they need to make the best decisions possible for their business.
We service businesses with anywhere from 2 to 2,000 employees, with special focus on Maryland-based business. In addition, we have extensive experience and expertise with high-deductible health plans and their related funding arrangements, such as HSA and HRA’s. These relatively new programs have made huge inroads into the health insurance world and have been extremely successful at reigning in costs without sacrificing benefits.
As an independent agency, we are not tied to any particular carriers and can therefore provide our clients with an objective assessment of their programs.
